SALT LAKE CITY — On Feb. 18, Hallmark Channel will give viewers a late Valentine’s Day gift in the form of the season five premiere of “When Calls the Heart” — a rare television show that answers many viewers’ yearning for family values in entertainment.

Moreno has a long career in the entertainment industry that includes work on NCIS, The Practice, The Guardian – and many others. He is currently the showrunner for Hallmark Channel’s family-friendly hit, When Calls the Heart.
Lori Loughlin is a talented actor whose credits include Full House, Fuller House, 90210, and Summerland. She currently plays the character of Abigail Stanton on When Calls the Heart.
The Council of Fifty was a secret organization founded by the Prophet Joseph Smith in 1844. The previously inaccessible records — or minutes — kept by the group remained a source of much speculation until they were made public in 2016.
