In Feb. 2018, I had the opportunity to interview Alfonso Moreno for “10 questions.” Moreno has a long career in the entertainment industry that includes work on NCIS, The Practice, The Guardian – and many others. He is currently the showrunner for Hallmark Channel’s family-friendly hit, When Calls the Heart.
Lori Loughlin played the role of Abigail Stanton on When Calls the Heart. She initially planned to help out with the TV movie, but ended up becoming a series regular before her departure. Many fans wonder if Loughlin could return (producer Brian Bird hints that it’s possible). In this interview, she looks back on her time as a central When Calls the Heart cast member.
Dawn Meehan has played Survivor twice and was the runner-up on Survivor: Caramoan (Fans vs. Favorites). She’s reconciled with Brenda since the emotional request to remove her teeth at the final tribal council, but says that it’s still painful to think about. Dawn also talks about her love for Brandon Hantz, her career as an English teacher at Brigham Young University, and the role of her Latter-day Saint faith.
Jeff Probst is best known for his role as the host of Survivor (featuring contestants like Dawn Meehan) but he initially auditioned for The Amazing Race. He can’t imagine life any other way now.
